Tournament Fees
$1595.00 (Canadian or US $)
Payable by cheque or e-transfer.
We do not accept credit cards.
4 Game Minimum Guarantee.
No More than 2 round robin games per day.
No Gate Fees.

Please Note: Teams that pay their registration fees first will be confirmed first. Ice availability is limited. Make your payment ASAP.
Don't assume you are in because you registered for the tournament. We reserve the right to close divisions at any time.
Registration Deadline: February 10, 2025
Policies:
Fees must be submitted to secure a place in our tournament.
Teams withdrawing between 30-60 days prior to the start of the tournament will be charged a $250 administration fee. The remaining registration fee will then be refunded.
Refunds requested less than 30 days prior to the start of the tournament will be not be accepted.
Hotels:
It is a tournament requirement to book through us and our hotel partners.
Please Note: You MUST pay your tournament registration fee in full prior to booking hotels. Once your payment has been processed, you will receive a link to book hotels.
